About me
I have been driven all my life to capture moments and memories. My sister gave me my first camera when I was in the eighth grade. That was a long time ago, but the love of the craft has never left me. Let me help you capture that image that brings feelings to all that see it. These are not just snapshots, these are your memories. Let me create images that will allow you to relive those moments. I look forward to hear from you.
My Experience
When I decided to open my business 30 plus years ago and not just shoot photos for myself, I felt I owed the client a high quality experience. During the film days it was critical to know all the workings of the camera and how to control light. I took multiple college courses to study and learn lighting both studio and outdoor, posing for both masquline and feminine forms, and esthetics of the image. I studied family and wedding portraiture, as well as seniors. I have photographed over 700 weddings in my career and 1000s of high school seniors. The relationships I have formed with 1000s of families and my community is beyond measure. Event Photography
Whether we're working from a list of must-haves you created or drawing on my experience, I'll make sure I get the perfect shot. I can capture the moments I know you'll want so your event/session is perfectly preserved. With over 700 weddings photographed, you can relax and know you are covered.
Session Photography
My climate controlled studio is over 800 sq ft, has everything we need for a successful fun shoot including music. I also have three gardens on site with a 3000 gallon pond and a private woods. There are lakes and fields close by too if we choose to make those a part of your session. There are so many options to choose from. Sessions are by appointment only.
Professional Head Shots
Working in our studio or your workplace, we will photograph a collection of head shots for you to use for professional profiles and bios, audition packets, or employment websites like LinkedIn. Let us capture your professional best. I can photograph your team as well as individuals.
